Two distinct matters live here: using the public site pattayaclinicdossier.com, and what it means to be listed, corrected, or to file a reply on the register. The site describes the work and lets you reach us; the register itself is an editorial product governed by its published method.
1. Use of the site
Everything on pattayaclinicdossier.com is published in good faith as a snapshot of how the protocol read the public evidence on the day it was written. Treat it as information, not legal, financial, business or medical advice. A link, or a short quoted passage with clear attribution, is welcome; please do not scrape the site wholesale or re-publish long stretches without credit.
2. The register and its protocol
Listings are an editorial product. Measured axes are scored from public evidence and published with their sources and dates so an external auditor can reproduce them; editorial axes are labelled as our judgment. Scores are stamped "data as of" a date and may change on re-check. Every listed clinic has a right of reply and a correction path via hello@pattayaclinicdossier.com.
We accept edits from clinics only with a source link; we show the clinic's response alongside, but we do not change the score without a source.
3. Submissions
Submitting the form — to nominate a clinic, request a correction, or file a reply — starts a review, not a contract. It places no obligation on either side and earns no automatic listing, ranking, deadline or outcome. We may decline a submission that falls outside the register's scope or our capacity.
4. No guarantees
The outcome of a cosmetology procedure rests on forces no one fully controls — a patient's health, the doctor's skill, adherence to aftercare, and time. Nothing here is promised: not a listing, not a rank, not a procedure outcome. The protocol reads the public evidence and weighs it; procedure outcomes remain beyond our control and outside what we measure.
5. Liability
For free use of the site, liability is held to the narrowest the law allows. Nothing excludes liability for deliberate fault, fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law will not let us exclude.
6. Governing law
Use of the site falls under the law of the place where the operator is established, save where consumer law gives you a more favourable forum.
